COVID SAFETY PLANS
YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY
During the Summer of 2020, the Travelling Feast event organisers invented new, pioneering Covid secure event concepts - from drive-in cinemas and comedy shows to socially distanced food & music festivals. We staged 14 events and safely entertained over 100,000 visitors – making us one of the leading experts in organising Covid Safe events. Our priority is to ensure the safety of our visitors, artists, exhibitors and staff. We’ll use our experience to design the Travelling Feast road trip to meet whatever restrictions might still be in place to keep you safe whilst ensuring you have a brilliant time. Wherever possible, we’ll relax our measures in line with Government guidelines as we get closer to the tour.
This year, we’ve already got our covid-safety plans in place and have been certified as ‘Good to Go’ by Visit Britain. So all of our guests, talent and staff can rest easy and safely enjoy the summer.
Below is a series of measures we have planned, should we need to implement them. The final precautions taken will depend on the Government advice and risk-levels at the time of the tour. We will be updating our measures in-line with the latest recommendations:
PPE
All event staff you come into contact with will be required to wear PPE throughout the duration of the event. PPE includes face covering and gloves. PPE will be properly disposed of after every session and new PPE collected.
HYGIENE
There will be an increased regularity in cleaning and disinfecting and servicing of seating areas and toilets throughout each session.
BUY WITH CONFIDENCE
We're confident our events will go ahead as planned this year. But if that's not possible due to Government restrictions, we'll refund your tickets - it's as simple as that. Please note that we will not be able to refund the booking fees, travel or other costs incurred - only the face value of tickets.
