When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets will go on pre-sale on 27 May for 24 hours - don’t miss out! Sign up here to get exclusive access to the pre-sale and early bird ticket prices. General sale begins on 28 May.

Can I bring my children?

Definitely! Children are more than welcome to attend. All children regardless of age will need a ticket. This can be added at the time of booking. Please be aware that children aged 5 and under have a separate ticket type, so please make sure you select the correct ticket type when booking. If you have forgotten to add a ticket for your child please contact our ticket agent at www.seetickets.com/customerservice

What does the ticket price include?

There are 3 types of ticket, please see below for what each ticket type includes:

Road Trip camping - includes 4 or 5 nights’ camping (depending on the leg of the tour), entry to the festival, access to chef demos and all the acts on the music stage. Dishes and drinks need to be purchased when at the festival. Bring your own tent and pitch up, or purchase an additonal campervan pass - details to follow.

Weekend camping - includes 3 nights’ camping, entry to the festival, access to chef demos and all the acts on the music stage. Simply bring your tent and pitch up, or purchase an additonal campervan pass - details to follow. Dishes and drinks need to be purchased when at the festival.

Day ticket - includes entry to the festival (4-11pm), access to chef demos and all the acts on the music stage. Dishes and drinks need to be purchased when at the festival.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at any of the Travelling Feast locations (both in the festivals, and at the campsites), however Guide and assistance dogs are welcome.

CAN PERSONAL ASSISTANTS ATTEND?

Complimentary tickets will be provided for Personal Assistants of eligible standard Adult ticket holders. For those with Child tickets, a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket shall also be provided if required, but the child must be accompanied by a paying Adult ticket holder.

Accommodation/Camping

What are the on-site accommodation options?

You can bring your own tent, sign up for our glamping option (including spacious bell tents with proper beds and), or join us with your campervan when you purchase a campervan pass for the duration of your trip at the checkout.

Can I bring a campervan?

Yes you can. You’ll need to purchase a campervan pass alongside your festival tickets (you’ll need to have a ROAD TRIP CAMPING or WEEKEND CAMPING ticket type to purchase a campervan pass).

All Caravan Campervan Pitches (CCV) are 6m x 9m each

Electric hook-ups are available, please make sure you select the appropriate option at checkout.

What facilities are available in the campsite?

The campsite is equipped with flushing toilets, hot showers and waste disposal facilities.

CAN I CAMP AT THE COASTAL LOCATIONS ONLY?

The coastal campsites and festival nights taking place at Helford View, Chaos Farm and Rosscarock Manor Farm are exclusively available for ROAD TRIP ticket holders.

Can I bbq in the campsite?

Unfortunately due to fire risk we cannot allow any BBQs or open flames in the campsite

Food & Drink

What food will be available?

There will be a variety of food options available from some of Britain’s best chefs, with guest food trucks appearing at each festival too.

Do the food trucks cater for dietary restrictions?

We strive to cater for all dietary requirements. Full details of options available to those with dietary restrictions will be published soon.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian options?

Yes there will be delicious options for both vegan and vegetarian diets.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

You can bring food and drink on the campsite only (not into the festival). If you are camping you are allowed to bring your own alcohol (to be consumed in the campsite) up to a reasonable amount per person (e.g. 1 case of beer/lager/cider or up to 1 litre of decanted spirits). You may be asked to leave excess quantities outside the event. Alcohol cannot be taken from the campsite into the festival areas - there are fully licenced bars available in the festival areas.

What payment methods will be accepted on site for food and drinks?

Payment for food and drink will be by card only for hygiene reasons.

On-site Facilities

Are the campsites and festival areas accessible for disabilities?

We strive to make our events as accessible as possible. However, the festival sites are open areas and, in some cases, there could be uneven ground that is not suitable for everyone. If you have any concerns about accessibility, please get in touch.

Tickets

Will my tickets be posted to me?

All tickets will be e-tickets that you will receive to your email address once you have booked. If you have any issues locating your tickets please contact See Tickets

Can I get a refund if I can’t Attend?

Unfortunately, tickets for the Travelling Feast aren’t refundable. You are allowed to re-sell or gift them to friends and family.
